2-Day
Retreat for Health Practitioners

Ease. Relieve. Succeed.

Beyond Self-Help
We understand that GPs are expected to be across every sub-specialty of medicine and up to date with advances. You also deal with grief, trauma and injustice, even on the simplest of days. Combined with the increasing burden of administrative tasks and isolation, this creates a breeding ground for burnout.

Go beyond self-help strategies such as mindfulness, relaxation and positive psychology. While these practices are valuable, we find these alone don't always work for GPs.

Join us for 2-days of Cognitive Behavioural and Present-Centred Therapies supported by Nutrition and Myotherapy.

Our Story
Having worked with GPs in private practice, we knew self care alone would not be enough to meet the unique needs of general practice.

Increasing external pressures of the modern era means GPs are at heightened risk of alcohol abuse, mental health issues and occupational burnout.
Drawing on the highest quality evidence in the treatment of burnout and vicarious trauma, as well as over 20 years facilitating groups, we designed Australia's first ever GP Burnout Retreat.

Join us for a 2-day immersive experience.
Learn Cognitive Behavioural and Present Centred Techniques for meeting the unique demands of being a GP.

Our practice is informed by post-graduate research and we are working to demonstrate excellence as a complementary network of trauma-informed practitioners
